Returns:

If the item is not in the same condition as when it was received, it may be subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over water bottles within Australia. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $10 will be applied. We also offer express shipping at an additional cost of $15. We strive to process and ship your order as soon as possible, but please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping takes 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can keep an eye on the status of your delivery.

International Shipping:

We also ship internationally at an additional cost. We ship to most countries around the world and we use a variety of shipping methods including DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time will vary depending on the destination, weight and size of the package. Please note that all customs and import duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to mark packages as gifts or lower the value on customs forms.
